Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this time, orders may have entered processing or been sourced and cannot be cancelled or changed.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items.

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is:

  • unused
  • in original condition
  • in original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Refunds are approved within 5 business days.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution.


Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
